4(4)
Requirement
Finally, we demand an immediate and thorough investigation of Director-General
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus regarding his alleged leadership in the macabre and
horrifying genocide in Ethiopia 2005-2016. The investigation must be carried out by
an independent committee, as WHO is a UN organization and ICC is a UN court,
and thus ICC cannot be expected to provide an impartial judgement in this matter.
In an indictment, filed to the International Criminal Court in the Hague (ICC), by the
American economist David Steinman, who has been nominated for the Nobel Peace
Prize, accused WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus of being
involved in directing Ethiopia’s security forces, which killed, arbitrarily imprisoned
and tortured around two million Ethiopians. From 2013 to 2015, Tedros Adhanom
Ghebreyesus was one of three officials in control of the Ethiopian security services.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was Ethiopia’s Health Minister from 2005 to 2012
and its Foreign Minister until 2016, when his party, Tigray People’s Liberation
Front, was the main member of the ruling coalition.

The organization Moresh Wegenie Amhara Organization has documented and
summarized the unimaginably macabre and horrifying genocide.
